Training Times and Venues



Beginners or those already experienced in Martial Arts are made welcome. Classes are kept informal but with traditions of etiquette and the essence of Martial Arts retained.

Lessons are held in school term time, the first lesson is free. Fees are payable prior to the second lesson. Beginners not owning a Karate uniform may wear loose fitting clothing, jogging bottoms and t shirt. No need to worry about personal fitness level. Students will be allowed to train within their own limits. Fitness will improve over a period of time.

Information regarding age groups of clubs is given below, however this acts as a guideline only. Guidence should be sought if in doubt.
